Must have in my medicine cabinet
I have so many stressors in my life at the moment. Ashwagandha and prayer have come in clutch. It doesn’t do anything for pain. It has an earthy smell to it. Within about 30 minutes of taking it in the evening I’m ready to go to sleep.I don’t get weird dreams from it so no “pizza dreams”, but I do notice better sleep when I take it and I’m able to deal with the stress of the next day better.

Good quality, pretty hefty pills but that’s needed for the dosage. I notice really consistent results when I take it for a few days that I don’t feel as strung out. I trust the brand to consistently deliver quality and they’ve done so yet again

Seems to help a bit
I have issues with pre-hypertension and some fatigue, so, I wanted something that could possibly help with that naturally. I decided to try this brand as it uses naturally derived ingredients as well as they are third party tested and certified. I like that these are using organic ingredients for the tablets, although slightly larger than some are fairly easy to swallow. Being larger though, some people may have issues with taking these.I take these in combination with magnesium supplements and vitamin D. I have noticed that my blood pressure levels have lowered a bit. Previously, I would have readings that were more borderline than what I have had over the past few weeks of using this. I have also noticed slightly better energy levels and less fatigue.As far as stress and mood, I have not noticed any significant differences in that. So, I can’t say these truly work to make you feel less stressed/anxious or elevate your mood. These do seem to help me with getting a better night’s rest though. I am one who tends to take these claims from various companies with a grain of salt anyway. I was looking for something to help with overall health rather than something that cures everything. Combining this with diet and exercise has seemingly helped a bit with my current health issues.I do think these are a bit expensive for a 60-count bottle, which is a 2-month supply as you take one a day. Overall, it does seem to help with some of the things it claims to, but not all.4 stars

Wasn’t what I expected to happen…
I had high hopes of loving this supplement due to the craze TikTok herbal woman going nuts over it and how much it had helped others with their stress and mood. When I got my package I automatically wanted to try and took one pill. 600mg. First time ever trying this. An hour and half goes by and I notice my mood was better and just overall felt new. I am a homemaker and SAHM to two kids, I knew this was gonna be the Golden Ticket for my Postpartum Rage that comes and goes.BUT… 5 hours goes by, I am laying in bed and this harsh wave of nausea comes over me. I started to vomit everywhere and diarrhea like no other. I was able to get a hold of it but it came back. This time my leg locked up and I couldnt move in my bed for two hours. I was literally palalyzed for two hours. I began to lay there and vomit on myself, lightheaded, hot flashes and also pooped on myself. I dont know what I did…maybe…I took too high of a dose… thats what I’m hoping happened. I wish I could make this up but I want other to be aware of what could happen and I truly think it was because of the high dosage. Please use this with cautious and don’t make the mistake I did on trying something out of impulse. I want to try this again and cut the pill in half but still afraid this might happen again. AND NO I AM NOT a person with any diseases or one that is always sick. This literally happened out of nowhere.
