I found out how much they worked when I ran out
Sometimes you don’t know something is working until you stop taking it. I ran out and while waiting for the order to come in I woke up aching all over for no particular reason. When taking my morning vitamins, I realized I hadn’t had my tumeric for about 3 days. I like these because I only have to take 1 a day, but the capsules could be too large for some folks. I do belch up turmeric occasionally, but have no problem with that effect most of the time.
