I’ve used this for a couple nights now. I definitely fall asleep rather quickly, but it’s great bc it not a huge noticeable jump from wake to tired. Which is what I was most worried about (I have kids😅). It was much easier for me to just relax without having to actually coax myself to settle and go to sleep. Usually I need to get up and pee in the middle of the night. I don’t feel overly sleepy when doing so, and again once I lay down it’s much easier for me to just calm down and fall asleep. Normally I’d scroll on my phone to make my eyes tired once again in order to fall back to sleep. In the morning I don’t really feel a difference. But once the day starts and I get in to the stressful stuff I notice I can handle it much better, like after you’ve had a really good nights sleep. So the changes are subtle, but they’re definitely there! They taste really good. I’ve had no stomach issues, headaches, weird burps, etc. and they’re great for the price. I’d recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to be “put” to sleep, but more of a calm down, subtle slumber lol.

I’ve struggled with sleep for years, but these hemp sleep gummies have been a total game-changer! The combination of melatonin, hemp, and L-theanine really helps me relax and unwind after a long day. I take one about an hour before bed and I sleep like a baby. The gummies taste great too – not too strong or overpowering. I love that they’re made in the USA and organic, too. Safe and effective
I find this product to be highly effective. After taken, I really can’t say how long it took to take effect but I did sleep the entire night. I have been having trouble sleeping for some time, and it’s so good to find something that puts you to sleep without any side effects. I did not wake up groggy and feel tired during the day. I felt refreshesd and ready to go. Its nice to know that it’s natural and there are no long term effects that can kick in later on on life. I highly recommend.

Last batch tasted like fish
I have ordered these three times, a couple months apart each time. The first two orders were yummy—in fact, some of the yummiest gummies I have ever tasted. However, each gummy in the last batch I ordered this past February came coated with some sugar-like substance, in addition to them tasting like fish, fish that sat out all day in the sun.The review about quality changing from order to order is correct, so beware. That said, if you can get past the fish taste, the gummies do help with sleep. Who knows…you may receive the batch that tastes yummy. Good luck!

Helps us wind down before bed
Both my partner and I take these gummies every night, and they do seem to help—especially for him. They have a gentle, relaxing effect that helps us fall asleep more easily. For me, the effect is subtle, but for my partner it’s more noticeable—he’s usually out within about 40 minutes of taking them.I also appreciate that they include additional vitamins like Omegas and vitamins A, B, and E. I’ve noticed a little morning grogginess on occasion, though I’m not sure if it’s related or just a coincidence.While the product doesn’t provide a lot of detailed ingredient information, they do list the milligrams of each supplement, which is helpful. I may reach out to the company for more specifics.Overall, we plan to keep using these until we finish the bottle. The price is fair, and though I might explore a few other options in the future, these have been effective and affordable for us.

Good Points and Bad Points, Listed
I find this product…OK. If you can figure out our personal dosage and best time to take it, I think you might improve your sleep quality. It’s not horrible tasting and the little “bears” are cuttable, so you can adjust things if necessary. They are the cheapest hemp oil gummie I can find, and they also contain melatonin, if you want them combined in one item. That’s about it for the good points.Now the bad:1. There’s not much info, either on the bottle or on any website about what’s in these. E.g., is the hemp oil broad spectrum? What are the levels of CBD/CBN in there. What process was used? How much sugar in each gummie? Almost nothing. This does not inspire confidence in the company.2. Because they are not just “bears” but in several colors, as if made for 5-year-olds, they turn your pee bright green or blue. Why do they need to be colored at all? What would be wrong with uncolored? And if there is a concern that people won’t know which “flavor'” they’re getting, why not just pick one of the least pukey “flavors” and stick with that one? (FWIW, I’d recommend “orange.”)3. They are full of sugar (though we don’t know how much exactly) and so are bad for your teeth. Why not use stevia or something as a sweetener if they have to be in candy form?4. It’s hard to get them out of the jar, since they come pretty much welded into one large chunk.5. Obviously, 2-4 above are about the fact that these are gummies. Why do they need to be? These would be better in scored tablet (or if they must be chewable, scored chewable tablet) form. Who wants to chew candies every night for the rest of their lives? If Hempway wants to make gummies, OK, but provide them in a sensible form as well for, you know, adults.6. They are absorbed pretty slowly, which may be another downside of them being candies.I guess that’s it. There are a ton of alternative products out there, so people will, like me, probably be drawn to these for the price, but the company could certainly improve these (and the info they put out about them) pretty dramatically without making them more expensive. Or, again, they could offer a product with similar ingredients for grown-ups.
