Solid stress relief. Great results when paired with the magnesium gummies
Alright, I’ll admit it: I’m a pretty skeptical guy when it comes to “calm” supplements. But after two days with these stress relief gummies I’m actually kind of surprised by how much I’m enjoying them. I’ve been pairing them with the Lunakai Magnesium Glycinate gummies (which I also recommend by the way) and the combo feels like a little upgrade to my daily routine.My job can get pretty intense and lately, I’ve been feeling more wired than usual. I figured it couldn’t hurt to try something gentle and natural so I started popping one or two of these gummies in the afternoon. I can’t say I magically turned into the Dalai Lama but I do feel more balanced. Just a little less frazzled as the day goes on. The big surprise? My sleep has been noticeably better which I wasn’t really expecting this early.One thing I appreciate is the quality of these gummies. I try to be picky about what I put in my body so I love that these are non-GMO and don’t have any weird dyes or sweeteners. No odd aftertaste, no “medicinal” flavor, just a mellow, slightly citrusy bite. And since I have a sensitive stomach, I was glad to see they’re gentle and don’t upset my digestion.A couple of things to know: First, the texture is a little on the soft side. They can get almost too squishy if you store them somewhere warm so I keep them in a cool spot in the kitchen. Second, it would be nice if the bottle was a little bigger. If my wife keeps stealing them we’ll go through a bottle pretty quick!Overall, I’m impressed. Even after just a couple of days I feel a little less stressed and a bit more grounded. If you’re thinking about trying them I’d suggest picking up the Magnesium Glycinate gummies too. The two work really well together. Looking forward to seeing how I feel after a couple more weeks. dissappointed with 3rd bottle
**Updated review**I just received my 3rd bottle and was disappointed to find that all the gummies are stuck together and are hard to get out of the bottle. This never happened with the first two bottles. Not sure why this bottle is like this and the others were not. They claim that they “won’t stick to each other” but this bottle they are definately all stuck together.I was hesitant about buying these gummies, but I had been looking for something to help with my anxiety/stress and this product had positive reviews, so I decided to try. They dissolve very well, are not chewey like the ones I tried from the store and they do taste very good, no bad after taste. They do not bother my stomach. I haven’t noticed that they make me sleepy, just relaxed and more calm. They helped some with my anxiety, not 100% but it may take awhile, I’ve been using for 2 months now. I like that they are made in the USA. Good quality and price. I will continue to buy.
