Works great! I wake up refreshed and feeling alert. I was hesitant to try these. I was worried I would be tired the next morning, but the complete opposite was true! These allow me to fall asleep within 20 minutes and sleep the whole night through. I am usually a part of the 2am club. Highly recommend! Great taste, soft texture that makes chewing easy, good flavor-not medicinal, great value, and not so strong you feel hung over.

This is the first time ive bought this brand and I was hesitant since I hadn’t seen them before. But I really like these. They taste great, theyre easy to chew up and they work! I always have trouble falling asleep so I buy ones like these with the 10mg of melatonin in them. I feel like ive gotten tired faster with these ones than other brands. And theyre a few bucks cheaper! I really like these, they are now my favorite.

Very effective, I suggest these over the cheaper options as I have gotten bad insomnia from the cheapest options ironically. Tastes good and I sleep well. Only problem is the groggy effects it gives when waking up
