I am really happy with this elderberry supplement. It is a clean formulation that is non gmo and vegan safe.It’s a fairly standard sized capsule so it’s easy to swallow. I didn’t experience any digestive side effects while taking it. The capsules were not dusty, there were no broken ones and they all had a pretty consistent fill. They are also gmp manufactured and 3rd party tested which are hallmarks of quality. The price is pretty good for 120 capsules. I would definitely recommend this supplement to others.

I take an elderberry supplement all winter, and I really like the gummies, but they are a generally a lower dose and much more expensive. These are a higher dose and last much longer. These are easy to swallow, have no taste or smell, and don’t upset my stomach (which a lot of supplements do). I switched a week ago from my old gummies to these and they seem to be working well! Everyone in my house has had the flu and I’ve stayed healthy and feeling good!
