Amazing for sleep, and anxiety. Amazing supplement. Magnesium is different by person though so you have to find the right type (i.e. this is glycinate) for your body, some people who had negative experiences to this might not specifically benefit from this kind of magnesium.

Helps with nighttime leg cramps
I had the most annoying leg cramps right before bed, and it made it hard to fall and stay asleep. Couple days in to taking this, that stopped. Only negative is it does cause some stomach cramps and loose stool, but it gets better over time.9/10 recommend.

These effects are excellent! I take two pills about an hour before going to bed, and then I can fall asleep quickly. Usually, I can sleep for 9 hours without waking up! They are very gentle on my stomach, and I haven’t experienced any discomfort after taking two pills. I highly recommend these!
