So Far, So Good!! A positive purchase
I have lived with RA for almost 30 years. I’ve tried so many meds and had so many complications that I’m willing to try anything. I’ve heard about Turmeric and Curcumin being very helpful in reducing inflammation. I figured it’s worth a shot.It’s my understanding that adding Ginger to the supplement combination is a miracle worker so that’s my plan. I’ve only been taking the capsules for about a week. I’ve noticed a slight difference in my mobility and expect more relief as time goes by. They’re very easy to swallow, not huge and the ingredients seem to be of high quality.I’m impressed with this product and will definitely continue buying and taking this Turmeric Curcumin capsules!

Working better than others I have tried
I have tried a variety of turmeric supplements including a good quality one recommended by the PA at my chiropractors office. She recommeneded I get one with at least 85% curcumin and to avoid any with black pepper as it can cause stomach upset. I took the one she recommended a year and felt that it didn’t work at all so I stopped it.I have been on this Microingredient Turmeric for three months and I feel like it is actually working. This surprised me as the PA told me that it can takes months of being on turmeric to really notice relief from arthritic inflammation and pain. Maybe the black pepper and other added ingredients help my body absorb it better? Whatever the reason it does seem to be helping my aching shoulders. Pain is not gone but it is much more tolerable, which is really all I can hope for as it cannot reverse the cartilage loss or remove the bone spurs in my ac joints.I take it in the morning with my milk kefir and have experinced no stomach upset.I take several Microingredient products and they all see to be quality. I worry about the law suit in California regarding Microingreients sourcing and heavy metals. I will get my labs done to make sure that all is well in that area.Unless I discover there are excessive heavy metals present in the products, I will continue using these products.

Worth it!
Wow! This works well. Better than the OTC brands. It cost a little more, but I can use less. So that evens out the cost. Quality packaging with safety seal.
One odd thing is a distinct odor that seems to lessen with washing and airing out I can’t stand that smell is nasty. What can I do? –

Im very impressed withe product. I had a situation where I had stopped the pills because of my foot condition for a week and my pain returned, so Im back on it and the foot condition improved also my doctor told me very good I started the turmeric regiment. So Im a happy.
