Nutra Harmony Biotin Collagen Gummies Good
I did not find this Biotin Collagen gummies to be too chewy. Texture and taste make this a winner in my book. I have had issue with some other supplements but these are outstanding in my individual experience. Non GMO and gluten free. Effective combination of nutrients and vitamins. Sugar free! Has helped my hair growth, nails, and to some extent stent skin. Really good raspberry flavor with ease in chewing . List of nutrients/vitamins are more comprehensive than others I have tried in past. It takes different amounts of time to see results depending on how and why you take this supplement but I can say I am happy with the taste, consistency and results. I had been losing a lot of hair in past and nails were fragile and difficult to grow. I started taking supplements to help correct and find this brand to be most effective. Two daily doses and tastes like a treat so look forward to taking. Recommend. Fair price for best results so far.

These to me taste like flowers however after you have had them for a couple days you get used to it. I have definitely noticed my skin has a glow to it since I have started taking them which I really love so would absolutely say they are effective. The size is not overwhelming so they are easy to chew. You get a whole month supple for about the cost of a take out value meal so I would consider it a good value.
