EGCG is the Best of Both Worlds
Green tea is associated with many health benefits, and it’s great for people who enjoy drinking it. Personally, drinking green tea is not very enjoyable for me, and every time I tried to get into a routine of making a cup or two a day, it didn’t last very long.EGCG should be the main compound associated with all the benefits, and I like that this supplement focuses on that. There are 200 capsules in the bottle, each containing about 600mg of green tea extract, though EGCG is only 45% of that.The supplement arrived well-sealed, and the capsules are of standard size and easy to swallow. It’s also very significant that this supplement is manufactured in the USA in a GMP-certified facility.

SO much more convenient than drinking tea!
I do love tea, but I’d have to drink gallons to meet the effectiveness of this supplement. There is a great deal of information on the health value of green tea, and I would not go a morning without this.

Only use 1/2 dose!
I use it daily but only half the dose or one pill. My research shows that more than 600 mg can be toxic.
